You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to VMartStore.
VMartStore is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The VMartStore app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the VMartStore app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that VMartStore will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but VMartStore cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
ORDERS AND PRICES
The Company is currently delivering orders of the products listed on the Site (“Products”) and providing various offers mentioned on the Site (“Offers”) only at select locations in the cities of Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi / Gurgaon (“Operating Locations”). We will not be able to service orders at any place other than the Operating Locations.
Any modification in the Operating Locations shall be mentioned on the Site. All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue Products without notice, even if you have already placed an order.
We take care to accurately display the description, colors and images of our Products but, we cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for variations in pictorial representations for the Products and color variation due to technical reasons. Prices and descriptions of the Products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Full payment is required when an order is placed by you. Both shipping and delivery costs will be outlined at the point of checkout. The Company may charge such delivery and handling charges, as maybe determined from time to time along with the applicable taxes.
We offer multiple convenient options to pay for your order, details of the modes of payment are provided in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). All our customers enjoy a 100% money-back guarantee. We have a no-questions-asked return and refund policy, which entitles all our members to return products at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with quality or freshness. We will refund the value of the unsatisfactory products to your account in the form of store credit. All other details with respect to refunds are mentioned in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
– All refund requests have to be raised within 48 hours from date of delivery
– To raise any refund request for quality-related issues, please submit a clear picture of each item to our customer service team via our in-app chat, WhatsApp number or email
– All refund requests related to quality issues for any item, must be raised before the expiry of the shelf life of item / s mentioned on our app & website
– Quality issues do not include subjective parameteres such as taste
– If any user account has been determined to be fraudulent per our internal standards, no refunds will be processed
If any refund request is determined to be valid, we will refund the value of the unsatisfactory products to your account in the form of store / wallet credit.
Our Pluckk Referral Program is available to use after you complete your 1st Pluckk order. For every friend you refer, you will Rs.200 in your Pluckk Wallet, which you can redeem in your next order. You can view all program details in your My account section under Referral Program tab. We reserve to right to remove earned benefits due to violation of program details. Referrals to same device and home address are not deemed to be valid and can be revoked on discovery of violation.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, VMartStore cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, VMartStore cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to VMartStore responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. VMartStore accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
